Waiting for this sweet little gift to arrive seemed to fly by… Baby Lois is here!!! I couldn’t be happier for our friends Lisa & Matt on their second baby. Big brother Nicholas was SO excited and did such a great job holding his lil sis. I am looking forward to watching this little girl grow!

An Evening at Duxbury Beach with the Breer Family

Spending time with the Breer Family is always so much fun, relaxed and entertaining! With 3 littles, 6 and under, I did a lot of chasing little bodies around the wide open beach. As I always say, the beach is by far the most kid friendly place for family photos. They can run wild and be free, the way they were meant to be!

We were lucky enough to get those beautiful sunset colors that will be a nice addition to their growing family portrait collection!

I had the greatest pleasure of meeting up with one of my favorite families in Hingham, The Hassinks. ( backstory: I met them years ago when I shot their engagement, then wedding, then first baby!)

I saw them at my mini shoot back in October and they asked if I could capture their new babies arrival home sometime in March. So excited for them I said of course… “just text me after she arrives and I’ll be there…” My specialty (as they know by now) and it was soooo sweet. Older sister was a little shy at first but after playing with some toys and just chillin she opened up… a little haha, I totally get it when kids do this, mine do this too and I probably would too if a photographer showed up at my house, haha The only real way around it is to play and act silly, so we did!

The Glow | A Maternity Shoot with the Young Family

This rockstar mama was getting ready to have her 4th baby and couldn’t have been any more calm cool and collected about it. Because of this Mom & Dads relaxed vibe, I was really able to have the kids connect with mama, by that I mean, we actually captured those genuine “I love you’s” and hugs that sometimes don’t come out on family photo shoots if mom is feeling stressed… it was giggles and splashes, and of course no true adventure goes without a few tears… overall we all had lots of fun!

What made this shoot so successful in my eyes was not only the perfect weather and sunset (that magic hour & buttery light)… but the way Mom and Dad set the mood… let’s have some fun, we aren’t going to be uptight and nervous and let the kids be kids!

Family | The Spinello Family at Hale Reservation

This strong mama and I had been emailing back and forth for some time about this shoot. Her son had been in and out of Children’s Hospital getting surgery so we wanted to pick the perfect time to celebrate him turning 1. We found a mutual time that worked for us both and headed to Hale Reservation to explore. We climbed rocks and hiked trails to this beautiful beach where we splashed and played.

I had the absolute pleasure of shooting not only their engagement + wedding but now their first maternity session. I was so excited when they called and asked me to document their first baby!

A Beach Session with the Breer Family

The beautiful Breer Family… I have been documenting Emily and Bert since they got engaged! The best part about growing with my clients is, we get to remenisce about all the places they’ve lived before (because I’ve been to all of them) and how awesome their wedding was… and fast forward 6 years later how much all of our lives have changed. It’s really a treat for me and always makes me excited for each shoot.

Emily & Bert are expecting their third baby which will be a GIRL! After 2 boys their family dynamic is about to get a little sweeter and a little softer :) I am so excited to meet this little lady once she arrives.

This session was the perfect session at Duxbury Beach… we were waiting on storms and rain all day and it never showed up! As you can see the skies were perfect for a little walk and then a little off roading onto the most serene part of the beach at the best time of the day.

The Montone Fam is a fav of mine… I met them when they lived in Brookline and fresh new parents of beautiful baby Jack…. Fast forward 3 years later and here we are, practically neighbors. These boys will keep their parents busy for sure, I love watching them grow!

Welcome Home Ronin

Another session with my friends… this time, Thanh and Will who live just outside of Boston. Much to their surprise baby Ronin arrived 4 weeks early. He was sweet and quite a treat to photograph as he never woke once… but did give me that “I see you” smile as he tried to fight his heavy eyelids. Haha… even at the very newest stages of life a little personality shines through! I can’t wait to watch this boy grow.
